By my late 30s, I was exhausted, gaining weight, and dealing with unexplained skin issues that no one seemed to have answers for. Doctor after doctor gave me temporary solutions, but no one asked why.
That changed when I started working with a Primal Health Coach who encouraged me to look deeper — to stop focusing on the symptoms and start asking better questions. Instead of “What diet should I follow?” the question became “What is my body trying to tell me?”
That single shift changed everything.
As I began to rebuild my health — focusing on real food, better sleep, movement, sunlight, and stress balance — my energy returned, my mind cleared, and for the first time, I felt at peace in my body.
