I was stuck in the cycle of trying different diets, chasing the next fix, and thinking that if I just worked harder or stayed more disciplined, something would finally click. I ate clean. I worked out regularly. And still, my body felt off.
By my late 30s, I was exhausted, gaining weight, and dealing with skin issues that no one could really explain. I went from doctor to doctor and kept getting temporary solutions, but never a real answer.
At some point, I realized I needed a different approach.
I started working with a Primal Health Coach who asked me a simple question that changed everything:
That shifted everything for me.
Instead of jumping to the next diet, I started paying attention to the basics. Real food, better sleep, more movement, sunlight, and managing stress in a way that actually felt doable. Slowly, things started to change.
My energy came back. My mind felt clearer. And for the first time in a long time, I felt comfortable in my body again.
That experience is what led me to this work.
Now I help others step out of the same cycle I was stuck in. Not with extreme plans or constant restriction, but with a simple, structured approach that actually fits real life. Because the truth is, you don’t need another diet.
